“Improved Ground Textures” is a mod for Farming Simulator 25 that visually enhances ground textures.
When activated, a special set of ground textures is installed, changing the appearance of common field and soil conditions – such as tilled, plowed, or prepared soil, as well as sown or direct-seeded areas.
Features of the terrain ground texture mod
“Improved Ground Textures” focus on this set of functions: It replaces common ground texture states, including cultivated, plowed, seedbed, sown, grass, straw, manure, lime, and distance textures; it backs up the original base game terrain texture files before installing the custom set and restores the default Farming Simulator 25 ground textures after the mission or game is closed. It installs a custom ground texture set while the mod is active, updates general field and terrain states, backs up the original base game files first, and restores the default terrain textures after the mission or game is closed.
Ground textures affect almost every outdoor screenshot, so this mod should be tested in the “cultivated,” “plowed,” “seedbed,” “sown,” “grass,” “straw,” “manure,” “lime,” and “removed” views before becoming part of a main setup.
