Rain finally has real consequences!
MapFlood introduces a completely new feature to Farming Simulator 25: dynamic flooding that adapts to the terrain, natural drainage routes and weather conditions.
A harmless rain shower can quickly become a real challenge for your farm!
WHAT TO EXPECT
For every map: MapFlood analyzes the terrain when the map loads, calculates drainage directions and identifies places where water can accumulate.
Dynamic flooding: During heavy rain and with sufficient soil moisture, water accumulates in depressions, valleys and lower-lying sections of roads. Snowmelt is also taken into account.
Individually adjustable: Adjust the intensity of the flooding and the other available settings to suit your playstyle.
Pumping out water: Fight floods with suitable pumps, hoses, as well as supported vehicles and equipment such as fire trucks, tank trailers and anything else that can transport liquids. (All fire trucks are detected automatically, regardless of whether they come from Giants’ official free Emergency DLC or from a mod, and are equipped with a pump—as are all liquid containers, vehicles and trailers.) This lets you freely choose how you want to fight the flood: with a fire truck or, for example, with a 20-year-old manure spreader and a tractor …
Flood missions: Help with floods and earn money by successfully completing missions.
Visible effects: Rising water can flood roads, fields and lower-lying areas and affect traffic when the water is deep enough.
Rain and snowmelt: When the soil moisture of the fields exceeds 70%, the corresponding precipitation and meltwater can contribute to flooding.
A new challenge for your farm! Because sometimes even the best tractor can’t help—then it’s time for the pump! 😂🌊
