LS25 Lachem V1.0.0.0

Welcome in Lachem.
Lachem is a fictional reconstruction in the beautiful Weserbergland, in the district of Hameln-Pyrmont.

There are four farms and a biogas plant on the map. In addition, several vacant barns and sheds are available for purchase.
All farms are designed so that you can sell everything and theoretically build your own farm from scratch.

In Lachem, you’ll find a bakery and a small cannery. In the neighboring village of Haverbeck, there are also several production facilities as well as the livestock dealer, who also sells slurry and manure.

Brief feature overview:
– 32 terrain angles
– New crops: rye, spelt, triticale, green rye, vetch rye, mustard, humus activator, silage maize, flowering cover crop, winter wheat, spring wheat, winter barley, spring barley, clover, and alfalfa
– Stubble destruction included
– Adjusted sowing and harvest calendar
– German license plates
– New crops added for animal feed
– Some ditches fill with water when it rains. Also watch out for certain water holes in the fields during rainfall
– Water sources include several ponds as well as the River Weser
– 34 meadows & 75 fields, ranging in size from 0.5 ha to 11.7 ha

Additional information:
Currently, there are no AI splines for helpers on street and no collectible items, but both are planned.

You start at Brockmann Farm. It has the smaller fields and keeps cows. The main farm is located in the center of Lachem, with an additional building along the main road.
