The 3600 series was introduced in early 1988 as the successor to the 2000 series.
Original models for 3610 (113 HP), 3630 (133 HP), and 3650 (150 HP).
A little later, the Valmet 3680 with a capacity of 7.4 liters (180 HP) appeared, whose beak was exceptionally elongated.
The depth between the 3600 series and the 3000 series was a stronger rear and therefore lifting capacity 7800 kg, gearbox 16+16 I output power 1000 rpm when changing the axis. Air conditioning was standard equipment.
