These 13 (German) federal states include Baden-Württemberg, Bayern , Berlin, Brandenburg, Bremen, Hamburg, Hessen, Niedersachsen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Rheinland-Pflaz, Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt and Thüringen. The last two skins are Mittelberg and Federal Police. The Mittelberg skin is fictitious. A few federal states are still missing at the moment.
