Shelter with a usable area 25x15m price 27.500€ income; 1080€/month.

Hotfix on the price because a 0 too many had crept in.
Price corrected from 275,000 to 27,500 as per description.

This is the same shelter only with solar panels on the roof which generates additional income.
I decided to make the shelter extra with solar panels, so everyone can load whatever they like, with or without solar panels.
