WTW220E v1.0.0.0 LS22

It was a huge mining truck with 16 wheels grouped in 8 pairs.
3400hp can turn on a dime with a load of over 250.000 litres.
May have some small issues left, but nothing serious.
Options for 5, 6, 7, or even 8 axles are removed for now.

Johannes from buying the 3D model, Paulo modding and MUC modding for bringing the model to live in Blender and GE, Jeremy for setting it up properly and finalizing it in Blender and GE and Hatsunekid for solving the problems with the wheelhubs carrying the double wheels.
