Change of flashing lights to put led flashing lights and change of flashing system on the hood and next to the indicators, they now turn on and off with the flashing lights

I didn’t make the tractor, I just customized it!
I added the michelin man, the trumpets, I put the chrome pot and I added the small flashing lights next to the indicators and on the hood.
