CokeCoal Factory v1.0.0.1 LS22

CokeCoal factory produces Cokecoal from Coal and gives Tar also.
Updated ModDesc.
Fixed Messed up light on one side of the building
Left the grass around the building and level for your design.
This also enables the ability to use Coal Cokecoal and Tar on any map tested on RGC Meadow Springs that already have TP it did not conflict.
All Known Errors Fixed.
