Contractors Can Unload Productions v1.0.0.0 LS22

If the wage earner status is assigned to a farm, this farm can also unload production from the other farm (e.g. BGAs).
The small script, which probably fixes a bug at Giants.
The Abtank symbol for a foreign BGA appears with the status of the wage earner, but cannot be used. This is fixed with this script.
