LS25 AutoDrive top-down flyover editor V1.0.3.4

FLYOVER EDITOR FOR AUTODRIVE (1.0.3.4)
Build and repair your AutoDrive route network from above – on foot or in a vehicle, without driving every metre of it.

Flyover Editor is a top-down editor for AutoDrive route networks in Farming Simulator 25. Instead of recording track from a vehicle, you fly a free overhead camera and edit the whole network like a map: place waypoints with a click, lay roads along the map’s own roads, curve connections, add parallel lanes, straighten and smooth runs, put points back on the ground, and clean up the tangle every long-running save collects – all from a clear, clickable panel.

It runs beside stock AutoDrive. It does not change AutoDrive’s files or your savegame’s config, and it refuses to load (and tells you why) if AutoDrive is not installed. Everything goes through AutoDrive’s own network functions, so a route laid in the editor is the same as one recorded from a vehicle.

WHAT’S NEW
Inside sheds and on floors (issue 30)
– The camera flies under roofs, so you can place points inside sheds.
– Height slice (G): the camera looks straight down and hides roofs and trees above your vehicle’s height.
– Points land on shed floors and concrete pads just above the terrain, not on the terrain under them. Every tool uses the same rule.

New tools
– Road runs. Point at a map road or farm track with no AutoDrive path and click to lay a run along it: one-way, two-way, or two lanes keeping right. Reshape roads you already built, through junctions.
– Spline, rebuilt. A smooth curve through as many points as you like. Both ends join the road easily, and Edit placed reshapes a run already laid.
– Junction tool (BETA). Lock a road junction and, in one right-click, clear its old turns, lay fresh ones, or both. Plain X and T junctions work well, and so does a farm road meeting a two-lane road. One undo takes it all back.

Field loop
– The loop stays in the field you clicked, keeps clear of fences, trees and the next field’s loop, and a smaller turning radius really gives a tighter corner (issues 14 and 15).
– With Courseplay installed, a Courseplay custom field can be the boundary.
– A pylon or tree patch cut into a field no longer pulls the loop in and out of it (issue 31).

Picking and editing
– Picks on a loop work: a click past the far end carries the pick along the track.
– Smooth’s rebuild works on the stretch you picked.

Undo you can trust with vehicles driving
– Undo keeps parking spots and every vehicle’s destinations (issues 24 and 26).
– Smoothing a road a vehicle is driving on keeps the points it still has ahead until it has passed them.

Screen and keys
– Left Alt + V opens the editor as well as Left Alt + F, and both keep working in a vehicle.
– Panels no longer show through each other. The settings page fits any ui scale (issue 28).
– If the game stops sending the mouse wheel to the editor’s zoom, the editor zooms from the wheel itself (issue 18).

WHY YOU’LL WANT IT
– See the whole picture. Plan routes looking at the real fields, junctions and yards, not the back of a tractor.
– Fix, don’t re-record. Straighten a wobbly pass, smooth a jumpy lane, re-seat floating points or delete a dead end in seconds.
– A real interface, not a wall of hotkeys. A panel lists every tool, each tool has a card with its options, and a hint line tells you the next step.
– Undo everything. Every edit can be undone (Q) and redone (E).

OPENING IT
– Left Alt + V or Left Alt + F (change them in the controls menu), or the button beside AutoDrive’s HUD. Esc to leave.
– 1-9 and 0 pick tools. Q undo, E redo. H hides the tool card. G toggles the height slice.

THE TOOLS
Select is the default mode: no tool held, click things to edit them.

Create
– Draw – place waypoints one click at a time, each joined to the last. One-way or two-way, primary or secondary.
– Spline – a smooth curve through the points you click. An end on a waypoint joins the road.
– Field loop – a two-way loop just outside a field’s edge, rounded to a turning radius and kept clear of obstacles. You connect it afterwards.
– Parallel – copy a span or run sideways, as a passing lane or a return leg.
– Siding – a short parallel stretch that curves back in at both ends.
– Road runs – lay runs along the map’s own roads, and reshape roads already built.

Shape
– Move – drag a point, span, run or selection. Falloff bends a stretch smoothly; copy, disconnect, offset, rotate and auto-hookup are on its card.
– Smooth – ease small kinks out of a stretch, or rebuild it at even spacing.
– Straighten – drop points that sit close to a straight line, keeping real corners and junctions.
– Divide – add evenly spaced waypoints along a span or run.
– Ground – put floating or buried points back on the surface, including shed floors and bridge decks.

Connect
– Convert – set direction (two-way, one-way, other way, reverse) and priority for a point or a whole run.
– Merge – fold two parallel lanes into one shared track.
– Junction (BETA) – clear and rebuild the turns at a road junction in one right-click.

Utility
– Name – name a waypoint so it becomes an AutoDrive destination.
– Delete – remove a point, a whole run between junctions, or a selection.

SELECT MODE
Click a point for its menu. Click a second point for the span between them, or double-click for the whole run between junctions. Draw a box, circle or freehand shape, or Ctrl-click, to select a set. Picking a tool from a menu opens its card right there.

LOOK AND HELP
– Tool cards with toggles, choices and numbers you can type, scroll or step. Anything that can’t apply right now is greyed out.
– UI scale from 0.70x to 2.00x, 7 colour presets, 7 accent colours and a colour editor. FlyoverResetTheme puts it all back to default.
– A ? button (or /) shows help for the tool you hold, and opens the full in-game manual.
– English and Deutsch in full. A first draft of Brazilian Portuguese; native speakers are welcome to help.

COMPATIBILITY
– Uses only AutoDrive’s own functions. AutoDrive’s files are not changed.
– Its settings live in modSettings and never touch AutoDrive’s config or your savegame.
– Single player only.
– Requires FS25_AutoDrive (tested with 3.0.1.4). Don’t run it next to a changed AutoDrive build that has its own flyover editor built in.

INSTALL
Put FS25_ADFlyoverEditor.zip in your FS25 mods folder and turn it on alongside FS25_AutoDrive.
