Meyer RT200 Series Fixed v1.0.0.0 LS22

After a lazy convert and no testing in multi-player. I have fixed the Silage box so that it steers correctly in Multi-Player. I also fixed the weight and center of mass. New rims and Firestone Implement tires have also been added.
