Display of productions that need attention

– Settings moved to the general game settings

Here is the LS22 version of the productions Info Hud known from the LS 19 by me.

Since the LS19 version was built on Global Company dialogs and methods, it had to be completely rebuilt.

The current version has the following non-customizable properties:
Display of the active productions and the animal stables with their remaining time per raw material. Including the animal stables for feed, water and straw. Revamp Mix is ​​also displayed as such.
A production is only displayed if…
it has less than 2 months remaining term
it is less than 50% full. (Except for Revamp Mix inputs, where it is ignored)
The production line is also activated.
The display is sorted by remaining time, which runs empty first or is empty at the top.
Productions that are full are above that. Full animal stables can be switched off in the options.
How many productions are displayed can be adjusted.

Sales Aid
If the sales price trigger is installed, this is displayed if the price is good and there are sellable products.

The following applies here:
A retail price must be set in the sales price trigger and this must be exceeded
The quantity entered in the settings must be available in a warehouse or production (no animal stables)
The display shows you what can be taken from where and sold to where.
