Welger DK115 Trailer v1.0.0.0 LS22

A little bit adapted to the small Welger turntable.

Changed cargo volume to 8500
BKT: 2 new sets of tires added
Continental: 1 set of new tires added
Wheel chocks changed (color)
Tarpaulin changed now has color choice (all colors)
Wheel hubs color changed to red To match the frame, looks more harmonious.
Have fun with the little remodeling.
